Knowledge base
A searchable home for every standard operating procedure and the employee handbook, replacing a PDF that nobody read.
Before
A PDF nobody read
The employee handbook and the standard operating procedures lived in a PDF that nobody ever read. A document nobody opens does not set how work gets done.
After
One searchable place
A knowledge base holding every SOP and the handbook. The answer to a process question is a search away instead of a page in a file nobody opens.

Why a knowledge base and not a better PDF
A handbook is only useful at the moment someone has a question, and a PDF is a poor format for that moment. It is hard to search, cannot be updated in place, and goes stale the day it is exported. Moving the handbook and every SOP into one searchable system turns documentation from a compliance artifact into an operating tool.
Every process written down once stops living in someone's head. That is what lets a small team cover three locations without one person becoming the bottleneck for each process.
